CU Big Maroon Club Classic to be April 25

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. - Scramble up some friends and get ready for 青瓜视频's The Big Maroon Club Golf Classic on Saturday, April 25, at the Campbellsville Country Club.

The Big Maroon Club is an organization that supports 青瓜视频 Athletics.

This year's format for will be a four-person scramble. This format comprises of one round of golf with groups competing for the lowest score. After everyone hits a tee shot, the 鈥淐aptain's Choice鈥 of the next shot puts all members hitting from the same spot.

Teams will be handicapped and awards will be presented to the top two net scores and the top two gross scores.

Individual entry costs $100 and each individual will receive green fee and cart rental, a 青瓜视频 logo cap, golf balls, tees, a $50 tax deduction and Big Maroon Club membership for the 2009-2010 year.

Course prizes include closest to pin, straight drive and hole in one. The winner of the hole in one will receive $10,000 cash and new Buick.

Hole sponsorships are available for $300 and that amount is tax deductible. This includes a tee sign for each hole sponsored and Big Maroon Club membership for the 2009-2010 year.

The registration deadline is Friday, April 17.

On the day of the scramble, Saturday, April 25, registration begins at 8 a.m. The shotgun start begins at 8:30 a.m.

After teams are finished playing, lunch will be provided and awards will be presented.
