CU Louisville Campus Holds Derby Festival Event

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. - 青瓜视频's Louisville Campus team won first place in a Derby Festival Event called the Battle of the Bounce April 29.

CU Trustee and Chair of the Advancement Committee, Guy Montgomery, was a lead sponsor for the event and was given a chance to have a team compete in the event.

The Louisville Campus team members included:Josh McFarland, technology coordinator for 青瓜视频's Louisville Campus;Lawrence Wigginton, CU undergraduate organizational management graduate May 9 and future master of theology student; Aaron Reynolds, paint sub-contractor, youth pastor at Maple Grove Baptist in Louisville;and Joe Dotson, sales manager, Scarborough Mechanical Service (CU Louisville's HVAC contractor).

Christian Care Communities and the Kentucky Derby Festival hosted the event.

Thirty corporate teams competed in the relay. The team received a number of prizes including Louisville Bats Baseball Tickets, four, $25 Tumbleweed Gift Cards and the traveling 鈥淚nflatable Ego鈥 trophy which will be on display at the Louisville Campus until next year.
