CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. — Both Çà¹ÏÊÓÆµ's men's and women's basketball teams punched their tickets to the NAIA national tournament as the selection process took place on Wednesday, March 9.
A No. 8 national ranking has the Lady Tigers checking in as the At-Large No. 2 qualifying seed and a spot opposite Xavier (La.) at the 36th Annual NAIA Division I Women's Basketball National Championship.
The Lady Tigers (25-7), which was Mid-South Conference regular-season and tournament runners-up, and Xavier (22-11), Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Tournament champion, will play Wednesday, March 16 at 9:30 a.m. ET.
Tiger basketball moved back into the NAIA Top 25 for the final regular-season poll and CU also picked up the 12th at-large bid to the 79th Annual Buffalo Funds-NAIA Division I Men's Basketball National Championship.
No. 23 Campbellsville (22-10) will play the Sooner Athletic Conference Regular Season champion and 10th-ranked Texas Wesleyan University (24-7) on Thursday, March 17 at 10 a.m. ET.
All games of the tournament will be live on the Çà¹ÏÊÓÆµ Sports Network, 88.7 The Tiger ().
The first 30 games of the national championship will be video-streamed live on , the NAIA's official video-streaming platform powered by Stretch Internet. The championship final will air on ESPN3 for the second-straight year.
