CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. - 青瓜视频 will host Renee Shaw, producer, writer and host at Kentucky Educational Television (KET), for chapel on Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 10 a.m. in Ransdell Chapel at 401 N. Hoskins Ave., Campbellsville, as the featured speaker for the month-long observance of 鈥淒ialogue on Race.鈥�
鈥淲e are pleased to be hosting Ms. Renee Shaw for our Dialogue on Race Chapel Service and luncheon,鈥� John Chowning, vice president for church and external relations and executive assistant to the president, said.
鈥淪he brings great insight to the issues of our day and has a demonstrated record of bringing people together for dialogue and discussion,鈥� he said.
Chowning said Shaw is an 鈥渋nspiring speaker, open about her Christian faith and very gracious in her approach to the public arena.

Chapel is held in the Ransdell Chapel on campus at 10 a.m. every Wednesday and is free and open to the public.
Shaw travels across Kentucky moderating public issues forums and speaking about diversity, media and state legislative matters.
In 1997, she began her career at KET as a reporter and associate reporter. In fall 2005, she launched the first statewide minority affairs program on KET called 鈥淐onnections with Renee Shaw.鈥�
As one of KET's public affairs program producers, Shaw is producer/managing editor and host of KET's legislative coverage, host of 鈥淗ealth Three60鈥� and co-hosts election night coverage.
She has served as producer of KET's longest running public affairs programs 鈥淐omment on Kentucky鈥� for more than a decade and produces numerous other issue-centered programs at KET.
Active in several community/professional organizations, Shaw is a member and program chair of the Frankfort-Lexington Chapter of The Links Inc., a 2007 graduate and member of Leadership Kentucky, third vice president on the executive committee and board member for the Kentucky Historical Society and board member of the Lexington Bluegrass Area Minority Business Expo.
Shaw is a native of Portland, Tenn. She graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1994 with baccalaureate degrees in broadcasting and government, and she received her master of arts degree in corporate communications in 1996.
