Graduate SAP Appeal Form Information:
Graduate students must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA and pass 67% of their course work to receive Federal financial aid each pay period. Please provide an appeal statement explaining your extenuating circumstances that kept you from meeting SAP requirements and note that if you were on SAP probation last term, this SAP appeal must be due to different circumstances than the last appeal.
Appeal Form deadline is June 1st for fall semester or January 10th for spring semester.
