Dr. Joseph 鈥楻ocky鈥 Wallace came to 青瓜视频 in the fall of 2018 from Asbury University, where he had served for 7 1/2 years as the Coordinator of the Principal Licensure/EDS Degree Program. Previous to Asbury, he taught in Morehead State鈥檚 graduate ed leadership program (full-time instructor, beginning as an adjunct). Rocky is a former school principal of a Kentucky and U.S. Blue Ribbon School (Catlettsburg Elementary), served in the Highly Skilled Educator program at KDE as a leadership consultant to new principals, and as Director of Instructional Support and Adult Education at KEDC (the education cooperative in Ashland, Kentucky). Rocky鈥檚 research area is servant leadership, and he consults with schools and presents on the topic regularly at education and leadership conferences. Also, he has authored, co-authored, edited, or co-edited 12 books with education publisher Rowman & Littlefield in the domains of school improvement and servant leadership. His most recent was a collaborative effort in 2023 on servant leadership and social-emotional learning鈥搘ith several other education professors in CU鈥檚 School of Education.
